Which stores do my customers tend to visit in the same trip, and therefore which complementary stores should I aim to co-locate within my shopping centres?
This dashboard visualises the results of a customer survey for a shopping centre owner across their estate to understand areas such as typical spend patterns, stores visited and customer satisfaction.
The benefits delivered from this analysis include:
- Benchmarking the performance of their shopping centres to enable an informed view of where investment should be allocated across the estate
- The early identification of customer satisfaction issues in particular shopping centres, enabling proactive actions to be taken.
- Understanding store brands that are complimentary across the estate (i.e. where customers that visit a particular brand also tend to visit another brand) helps the shopping centre owner to understand the optimal layout in terms of the co-location of brands and industries
