This new center will be the catalyst of our Experience Activation Network – a collection of state-of-the-art sites worldwide designed to power brand experiences.
The comprehensive network harnesses talent, technology and process innovation through SynOps for Marketing to deliver dynamic experiences across all consumer touchpoints and channels.
The choice of Mumbai as a new location is important. Today, India is among the top-three global economies in terms of digital consumers. With 1.3 Billion citizens and an average age of 29, this generation is primed to be both major consumers AND architects of digital experiences for India and the rest of the world.

Discover 160,000 square feet of experience activation
The Mumbai Experience Activation Center is unlike any other facility available in the industry, with more than 160,000 square feet available to serve more than 30 clients across 75 different countries, including highly skilled and diversified professionals with multilingual capabilities.
Two full floors will be dedicated to design-thinking spaces, immersive demonstration zones and interactive digital surfaces, as well as open collaboration zones for clients to co-create alongside industry-specialized teams. The facility’s diverse capabilities and 24/7 support will allow clients to build and deliver the best customer experiences on the planet.
Providing CMOs with the tools and insights they need to succeed
