Picture it. June 29, 2006. The world was a much simpler place. Facebook was still only for college students. YouTube was barely a year old and Twitter had only been around three months. Disrupters Uber and Lyft had not yet been created.
As you can see, technology has changed significantly in the last decade. One of the most important changes, however, is the increased opportunity for women in technology careers. In the recent article, For women in technology the future’s wide open, Accenture Technology Senior Principal Sunny Webb shares her experience as a woman building a career in this emerging field.
