What I do: I focus on the very early stages of exploration, when a client first begins to consider working with us to help with their Workday implementation.

An exciting project: I developed training modules to help employees of a major retail organization navigate Workday and complete critical processes within the system. As consultants in the Accenture DayNine practice, we have the opportunity to positively impact the day-to-day lives of people all over the world.

Advice: Never stop learning. Read my advice for a better work day with Workday.

Bola Jatto, Workday Cloud ERP Systems Consultant

What I do: I help clients transform their finance operations, which usually involves replacing outdated, difficult-to-manage legacy solutions with more flexible, less expensive cloud solutions.

An exciting project: I’ve enjoyed working with clients across various industries, and each project presents its challenges. I most appreciate the difficult projects, as they’re a great learning experience. I really enjoy the people at Accenture. I’m inspired to be better, not due to competition, but because I’m around such high-quality people that I hold myself to a higher standard.

Advice: Doing anything new can be daunting, but being inquisitive enough to seek answers will provide the right foundation.



Tim Esmyol, Workday Business and Integration Architect

What I do: I help clients with anywhere from 1,000 to more than 100,000 employees implement the cloud-based Workday human capital management (HCM) program.

An exciting project: The versatile nature of my work is one of the things I like about Accenture; it makes the work week colorful and exciting. Accenture is also a great place to develop professionally, thanks to a wealth of available training and certification opportunities.

Advice: Stay open-minded and interested in technology, learning new things and in developing yourself, and you’ll be successful.

Ryan Jensen, Workday Business and Integration Architect

What I do: I help HR teams transform their employee files and data to a digital format for use in Workday, the industry’s best cloud-based system.

An exciting project: It was rewarding to watch our solution in action for a recent project, as the Workday system transformed our client’s HR function and their overall business. A typical day in the Workday practice—and at Accenture overall—is collaborative, challenging and fun.

Advice: To be successful in the Workday space, it’s important to possess a hunger for learning new things.
