Your Resume is Your Brand – Advice from a Graduate Recruiter
By: Accenture Recruitment

Have you ever struggled with sending out your resume or CV and not getting a call back? Phindile Hlabangane, Graduate Recruitment Lead at Accenture, recently dug into how she changed her approach to her resume and cover letter and drastically increased the number of return calls she was getting in her job search.

The secret, she explains, is in using your resume to communicate your personal brand: “What I learned is that your resume is basically your advertisement to prospective employers saying 'this is who I am and this is the value I can bring to your organization.' Treat your brand with respect.”

Check out Phindile’s full post about this on Linkedin, then check out open opportunities at Accenture and put your new resume to work for you.
