A push for equality

In a recent article on the topic of gender equality in the workplace, Accenture Insurance Consulting Lead for Asia-Pacific, May Knight, moves beyond explaining why women should receive equal opportunities to explaining how to make this goal a reality. According to May, if organizations want to promote gender equality, they should be public about the goal to hire more women and develop programs designed to create a pipeline to their success.
