Lessons from 30 Years of Change at Accenture
By: Accenture Recruitment
Nellie

These days, it’s less common to find people who have longevity with one employer. Nellie Borrero, Accenture’s Managing Director of Global Inclusion and Diversity is one of those people, and recently shared lessons she’s learned from her 30-year career with Accenture.

As a leading voice in diversity, Nellie created the first full-time diversity role at Accenture, when diversity was not a common topic for businesses to tackle. Her achievements throughout her career are impressive. Of this journey, she shares, “I have laughed (literally out loud), and I have cried (even the ugly cry). One thing is clear, I would not change a thing.”

Want to hear more wisdom from Nellie’s decorated career? Read the full blog post to find out what she learned from her amazing journey.
