If you follow many careers blogs, you’ve probably seen quite a few articles that discuss millennials. After all, as of 2015, they comprise the majority of the workforce.
Known for doing things their own way, most would agree that Millennials have not only changed the way many organizations do business, but also how they engage with their employees. As Generation Z (GenZ), those born in the mid-90s through the early ‘00s, begin to enter the workforce, one can only wonder what impact they might have on business.
According to a recent blog article posted by Accenture Management Consultant Felipe Lachter, it’s too early to understand exactly how GenZ will want to work, but as the first generation born in an era with instant access to information and a strong connection to social media, we can get a few clues from their social habits.
