From apartheid to corporate success
By: Accenture Recruitment

Corporate Success

“If you really want something badly enough, you go for it.” This simple phrase would become key in Accenture Senior Manager Ntombi Mhangwani’s life and career.

Born in apartheid South Africa, Ntombi learned early that the odds were stacked against her. "To be the best where I come from, you have to keep on studying, keep on improving yourself" she says – and that’s exactly what she did. Her mother nourished her hunger to learn by ensuring that she and her sisters got the best education possible. Today, as the Director for Integrated Marketing and Communications-Sub Saharan Africa, Ntombi lives a life far beyond what her parents could have dreamt for her. Read here to learn more about her story.
