Utilities executives agree. Nearly three-quarters of the utilities executives we surveyed say they plan to use AI to automate tasks to a very large or large extent in the next three years. However, while just over half of all employers acknowledge that getting human-machine collaboration right is critical to achieving their goals, few have adopted a systematic approach to unlock that value.
