This year marks our 15th annual celebration of International Women’s Day. This occasion is an important opportunity to advance the conversation around equality for all by fostering open, honest and meaningful conversations.

Our theme, Getting to Equal, explores how a culture of equality drives innovation. We invite everyone around the world to join the conversation.
