The DIVA (Digital, Innovations, Ventures and Analytics) Project is an example of this powerful approach, which drives impact for our clients—and helps our people advance their careers.
Our New Applied Now approach is core to everything we do. It was the motto for the DIVA Project, which brought the best of Accenture capabilities and methodologies together to drive innovation for a major airport.
Using leading-edge technologies and design-thinking concepts, we created a unified, personalized customer experience.

Gabor Bertha, Project Management Team, Applied Intelligence Delivery
My role: I focus on analytics and chatbot communications, experimenting to make sure users get a customized, personalized experience.
Ewen Plougastel, Managing Director, Applied Intelligence
My role: I’m in charge of the Digital Factory, where my job is to deliver new products at speed and scale.
Jonathan Jayanthakumar, Chatbot Delivery Lead, Applied Intelligence Delivery
My role: I collaborate with developers and chatbot architects, focusing on artificial intelligence.
Ratih Sudirham, Location Analytics, Industry X.0
My role: I specialize in IoT. I started out working in infrastructure and security for this project, and then migrated to the location analytics team.
Cindy Chan, Pax Analytics, Applied Intelligence Delivery
My role: As a Visualization Consultant, I worked closely with the client, built dashboards and microstrategies and created new ways to depict analytics.

My role: As an Artificial Intelligence Consultant, I worked on front-end development and location analytics, as well as with the chatbot team.
Emily Bower, Shopper Analytics, Interactive Team
My role: As co-squad lead for data-driven marketing, I was in charge of designing the client engagement roadmap, which consists of mapping any initiative that are relevant to the customers we know to the business objectives we want to achieve.
The results were fantastically successful.
Through daily stand-up calls and starting with clear boards and stickers to track progress, we applied an agile methodology that helped us work through the challenges of being in various physical locations and with everyone’s different skills.
