Gender equality is a significant priority for Accenture, and Diana Bersohn, Managing Director Accenture Strategy, recently discussed the need to continue striving towards this goal. Diana shares how “Organizations are most effective when gender composition aligns with the audience the organization is serving,” and speaks to her thoughts the benefits of gender equality for both technology leaders and end users.
