Celebrating Pride at Accenture
By: Accenture Recruitment

It’s time to celebrate Pride in the workplace. Each year in June, millions of people across the globe celebrate LGBT Pride Month, recognizing the impact influential lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals have had on acceptance and civil rights throughout history. As part of its commitment to inclusion and diversity, Accenture will show its Pride with four events supporting the LGBT community.

On Fridays throughout the month of June, Accenture will host Facebook Live events focusing on prevalent topics facing the LGBT community in the workplace. Real people will share their experiences with real issues, as LGBT leaders from around the world discuss the importance of being your authentic self and contributing to an inclusive workplace. Follow Accenture on Facebook and join us for these “Pride Live” events:

  • June 9: New York
  • June 16: Manila
  • June 23: Brussels
  • June 30: Mexico City

What makes people different can also bring them together and foster an environment of innovation and success. The people of Accenture represent a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds, and are welcomed in an inclusive environment regardless of their ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality orientation, age or disability. Accenture is proud to be recognized as a corporate leader in this, and has been awarded for efforts that support not only our LGBT people within the company, but the overall LGBT community worldwide.

Be yourself and prepare to thrive in an inclusive workplace. Find your next career opportunity with Accenture today.
