In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, many companies are reducing their workforces, while others are hiring at scale and cannot fill jobs fast enough.
People + Work Connect brings these two groups together to help people get back to work faster.
Connecting people and work
Accenture Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer Ellyn Shook and CHROs from from Lincoln Financial Group, ServiceNow and Verizon created this global initiative to help provide new ways to keep people employed.
People + Work Connect is a free, online employer-to-employer platform available to HR professionals or leaders responsible for workplace initiatives of companies across all industries with approximately 100 jobs to fill or 100 available workers to place.
The goal is to enable companies to quickly identify and fill jobs in locations where there is need and to help shorten the unemployment period for people, which can often be lengthy and complex.
