Cloud is transforming businesses. What does this mean for careers?
A world of possibilities for reinvention.
Laetitia Cailleteau, Data and Artificial Intelligence Lead in Europe and Global Lead for Conversational AI, is a perfect example.
Her career journey from curious technology architect to leading exciting work in cloud data transformation is inspirational—and attainable.
She shows how.
Armed with a master’s degree in computer science, I started my career at Accenture 22 years ago. I joined our European technology center in Sophia Antipolis, France, at a time when technology was yet to make it big.
As a driven and curious technology architect, I was keen to learn. So I grabbed opportunities to grow within the company. I moved to the U.K. after the birth of my first son, where I rebuilt my support network as I focused on large-scale project deliveries.
Fast-forward to five years ago, when I made another change.
I took a role focusing on innovation, and soon moved to the areas of artificial intelligence and then data, as the world needed more data-driven reinvention.
Cloud as a change agent
The tech world has surely changed from the late 90s and early 2000s, when it typically took months to mobilize development and production infrastructure and get a project started.
Now, it’s a matter of days or minutes to get ready to crack on with a project. Cloud provides that pace and flexibility at a fraction of the investment that was needed back then.
It is key to transformation at pace.
Having enterprise data on cloud provides the next level of agility for brands and companies, powering them with the right data and insight to take the right decisions, pivot their businesses and innovate.
This also means new career paths and learning opportunities.
Fast-track your ‘data on cloud’ career
Education is always the key to success—and continued reinvention.

The Academy is a unique opportunity for candidates to get firsthand experience and continued support to complete their Google certifications, and to start designing and implementing modern, scalable solutions with our clients in record time.
Candidates are also welcomed into our Data and AI community from the start, allowing them to soak up the culture with colleagues who thrive on shared success and diverse ways of thinking.
A need for different perspectives
My road to career reinvention has not always been easy. But the opportunities I’ve been given throughout the years enabled me to take chances, learn and grow—both professionally and personally.
Along with opportunities, there have been many mentors.
Our CEO, Julie Sweet, is one of the few women in the C-Suite. She has been an incredible role model to me. Under her leadership, our progress toward attaining a gender-balanced workforce by 2025 has been significant.
While diverse talent is incredibly important to drive inclusive innovation, it’s also vital that people have an equal voice. Our Women in Data Network is just one of the ways we bring in new perspectives and drive impactful changes.
And there are many others.
True reinvention comes from within. Be bold. Stay curious. See opportunities—then take them.
Join the world of data-driven reinvention.
Kickstart and grow your career in cloud data transformation.
