Innovation never stops—and the world of work is changing rapidly. So, what’s the key to a successful career in today’s ever-evolving employment landscape?
Never stop learning.
Focus on lifelong, continuous learning to keep your skills fresh and relevant, and ensure the skills you have are the ones you need.
Are you “skilling up” to lead your career into the New?
Skilling our people
As the innovation partner to leading companies in more than 40 industries across the globe, we’ve seen firsthand how digital technology has upended the way companies interact with their customers. It’s also transforming the way we engage with our people, allowing us all to continuously learn, be more creative and drive more innovative solutions.
At every level across Accenture, there is a mindset of deliberate, continuous learning, enhancing our people’s understanding of the world around them to drive greater opportunities for our clients—and for their careers.
Skilling a global workforce
We’re not just helping our people prepare for careers of the future; we recognize the importance of skilling a global workforce to lead in the New. Through various partnerships and initiatives, we’re helping people outside of our organization gain the skills they need to compete in today’s ever-changing technological environment.
We’ve recently partnered with the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN) for their new SkillingNow campaign. Using a mix of online and traditional channels as well as in-person events, the campaign aims to engage people from diverse backgrounds in an open, global discussion about building the skills we need for a future of good work.
We’re also dedicated to helping people at all levels prepare for the future of work. Through corporate initiatives like our Skills to Succeed program, we’ve partnered with more than 2.8 million people across the globe with the skills they need to get jobs or start a business.
Grow your career into the future, and do work that makes a difference, every day. Find your fit with Accenture.
