We’re thrilled to report that, once again, Accenture is on DiversityInc’s list of Top 50 Companies for Diversity ranking in the top 15 for the fourth consecutive year. We also appeared on several Top 10 sub-lists, ranking second for Global Diversity and sixth for Mentoring, and we’re very pleased to have made our debut on the LGBT Employees list, where we ranked eighth.
When describing the factors that contributed to our ranking, DiversityInc cited our efforts to “strengthen [our] pipeline of diverse leaders,” our commitment to supporting women and our role as “a pioneer in creating flexible workplaces.”
Learn more about our commitment to advancing inclusion and diversity among our people in our 2014 Corporate Citizenship Report, “Making a Measureable Difference,” which describes the work we’ve done to earn this ranking, and our goals to grow our percentage of women new hires to at least 40 percent worldwide by the end of fiscal 2017.
