Being metrics and results driven goes beyond the work that we do for clients. It propels the work we do through Skills to Succeed – our global corporate citizenship initiative. Since 2009, we’ve equipped more than half a million people with job skills by partnering with organizations like Youth Business International, Save the Children and Plan International. Now, we’re on our way to 700,000 by 2015.
This in-depth feature from Chief Learning Officer magazine traces our journey to boost employment and entrepreneurship worldwide. It highlights the measurable impact of Skills to Succeed, provides examples of the work we do with several of our strategic nonprofit partners and includes commentary from Jill Huntley, our managing director of global corporate citizenship.
