These skill should be percolated down from top. Accenture should aim to skill people from the top...why, most of the times leadership team pushes ideas from the top, they should be role model in re-skilling themselves first then teams will follow. There should be survey conducted how many of MDs have re-skilled for new age technologies country-wise....that will show are we only talkers or we walk the talk.

Absolutely agree, however, this is not something very new, we are packing these skills/needs under digital. But in general if one needs to be successful today, all of these are needed. However, mixing the right people together is the key. We should not compromise on quality and have a framework to actually harness creativity and innovation, this is not easy and sometime innovation becomes a tick in the box.
