We’re thrilled to report that LATINA Style 50 named Accenture the 2014 Company of the Year. The annual ranking identifies the 50 best companies for Hispanic women to work for and is considered the most respected evaluation of corporate America’s career advancement opportunities for Hispanic women.
For the 2014 report, more than 800 companies were evaluated on key workplace issues including: number of Hispanic women executives, retention, mentoring programs, educational opportunities, alternative work policies, employee benefits, women's issues, job retraining and Hispanic relations. This year, there was special interest in companies that have increased their number of Latina employees, and Accenture—up from the number 2 position last year—is recognized for leading the way in providing Latinas with opportunities to succeed.
The full report is in the August issue of LATINA Style magazine, which includes editorials by Steve Rohleder, Accenture’s Group Chief Executive-North America, and Nellie Borrero, our Managing Director for Global Inclusion & Diversity.
