Accenture has secured a special room rate of $239/night plus applicable sales taxes.


How do I make hotel reservations?

Please book online to make your reservation or call 855-335-1087. Be sure to identify yourself as being part of the ‘ACC0619’ group.

How do I get to the hotel?

Opal Sands Resort is conveniently located near both Tampa International Airport and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport.

In addition to private air charter services, transportation to and from Opal Sands is available via car and van service as well as bus charter, taxi and car rental. The resort also offers executive car-and-driver service, with on-call limousines, sedans and vans. Please contact the concierge to arrange your transportation needs.


There is a $25 per night charge for valet parking.

What is the recommended attire?

  • Client Advisory Board - Business casual attire is appropriate for day time sessions and the Tuesday night dinner. Feel free to be casual for the Monday night welcome reception.

Client Advisory Board

CAB is an invitation-only meeting. Substitutions will require prior review and approval from Accenture. There is no charge for the meeting. Members are responsible for travel and hotel expenses.


Client Conference

The Accenture Life and Annuity Software Client Conference is open to existing Accenture clients and approved partners.

Registration fee
• $850 before March 15, 2019
• $975 thereafter
The registration fee includes all meals and breaks
served as part of the Conference.
Attendees are responsible for travel and hotel expenses.

Refund policy: A refund can be made through your personalized registration link which you will receive via email. No refunds will be made after Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
