Naoyuki Shibata is Accenture’s senior managing director – Insurance, responsible for the industry group's overall vision and strategy, investment priorities and supporting network of alliance partners.
Shibata-san joined Accenture in 1993 and has worked with clients in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. He has deep experience in all facets of the industry, having led major transformation projects for both life and non-life insurance companies in Japan.
He has led Accenture’s relationships with a variety of major Japanese financial services companies as well as a number of large multinational insurers.
He is based in Tokyo.
