Growing up, Kristin worked in her grandfather’s small doctor’s office that he built off the side of his house in Western Pennsylvania. This experience, including watching him make house calls, shaped her passion for truly patient-centric healthcare and the powerful impact of quality care and care experiences. Today, Kristin lives that passion by leading Accenture’s North America Provider business which delivers consulting, technology and outsourcing services to health systems, physician organizations and academic medical centers. She is recognized as a thought leader with substantial experience helping provider clients across the spectrum of growth and operational strategy, M&A and complex transformation programs. She holds three patents, has authored over a dozen externally published articles and lectured on business transformations and M&A at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Business School and the University of Georgia’s business and law schools.
Kristin graduated with an M.B.A. from The Wharton School in Healthcare Management and Finance and with a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Mathematics and Political Science. She played Division I tennis for Vanderbilt and now enjoys playing competitive mixed doubles tournaments with her husband Gregg. She and Gregg are proud parents to two teenage daughters.
