Kristin Ficery leads Accenture’s North America Health practice. This practice consists of over 500 professionals serving the largest health systems, physician organizations and payers in the United States and Canada. In 2020, it was named the leader in Healthcare consulting by Forbes and KLAS. Kristin also directly serves several large hospital clients on financial, strategic and transformational initiatives. Her experience comprises 30 years advising and executing on behalf of clients across the spectrum of profitable growth and operational strategy, M&A and complex transformation programs. She is passionate about bringing innovation and challenging conventional wisdom in Health.
Previously, Kristin was one of the founding members of Accenture’s Growth Strategy practice and from 2007-09, she led our M&A business. In that role, she oversaw the development and delivery of Accenture’s core M&A assets into the marketplace and was involved in over a dozen industry-defining mergers high-technology, telecommunications and healthcare.
Kristin holds three patents, has authored over a dozen externally published articles and lectured on business transformations and M&A at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Business School and the University of Georgia’s business and law schools.
Kristin holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Finance and Healthcare Management and a BA from Vanderbilt University. She lives in Atlanta with her husband Gregg and their two daughters.
