Kristen Vaughan is a Managing Director at Accenture Federal Services, leading the Human Capital Practice. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, learning, organization design, HR, change enablement, and process improvement. Her work at Accenture has centered on large scale business transformation efforts to prepare organizations for new processes and technology through transformational change.
Vaughan also leads Accenture Federal Services’ work in HR Analytics focused on using predictive analytics to understand and forecast critical components of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. She also works across the federal sector with HR clients to understand HR challenges and bring cloud platforms to solve issues. Vaughan combines her extensive human capital experience with business process knowledge to help solve key workforce issues for clients.
Vaughan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from The College of William & Mary. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach focusing on one-on-one and group coaching for executives. Vaughan lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and 3 kids and enjoys running, playing soccer, cooking, and cheering for the Washington Redskins and Capitals.
