Kathleen Walch is Founder, Managing Partner and Principal Analyst at Cognilytica, a technology research and advisory firm focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. In addition to published research, Cognilytica offers training on the Cognitive Project Management for AI Methodology (CPMAI), a best practices framework for implementing and managing AI-focused projects. She also co-hosts the AI Today podcast, a popular series featuring analysis and interviews with AI thought leaders globally, and is a Forbes contributor.
Walch is a serial entrepreneur, savvy marketer, technology expert and industry connector. She served as Content & Innovation Director for TechBreakfast, the nation’s largest monthly tech meetup with over 50,000 members. She also founded HourlyBee, an emerging online scheduling system for home services. Previously, she led national advertising campaigns for Harte Hanks, a global leader in multichannel marketing.
She graduated from Loyola University (Maryland) with a degree in Marketing. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys working out including running and yoga.
