Managing Director – Agriculture
Elaine Turville manages the Department of Agriculture client relationship for Accenture Federal Services. Her skillset includes data, design thinking, and cloud application technology and consulting with a focus on problems faced by citizens, producers, conservationists, and agriculture employees. Across her career, she brings a wealth of Human Service and Nonprofits experience from her previous client engagements at various federal agencies, foundations, and nonprofits across the United States.
Turville also supports Accenture's local corporate citizenship program, which provides skills-based volunteering programs to small, local, community nonprofits. She feels Accenture makes a significant impact in the sector, bringing the best commercial practices to help transform the way the world works and lives.
She was recognized as a top female leader in the technology industry by Women in Technology in 2014 and selected by Consulting magazine in 2010 with a Future Leader award. She serves on the Board of Regents for Leadership Arlington and was a proud inaugural 40 under 40 awardee in 2014.
Turville holds a bachelor of science in economics from the College of William and Mary and works from Accenture's Washington, D.C. office.
