Aaron leads the Technology business for Accenture Federal Services, overseeing solution development and implementation of technology-related programs. This includes integration, technology consulting, application management and IT infrastructure services for more than 75 government agencies. Aaron is responsible for the oversight and training enablement of the 7,000+ person Technology Growth Platform (TGP) capability across multiple geographies, including our Advanced Technology Centers, and coordination with Accenture’s North America and Industry groups to bring leading practices, innovative solutions, and unmatched technology talent to federal clients.
Since joining Accenture Federal Services in 1998, Aaron has partnered with agencies across a wide range of missions to deliver technology solutions. He most recently served as the Digital Platforms Capability lead where he helped deliver double-digit growth and positioned the company as the leading federal integrator for Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, and Microsoft, earning him a spot as a 2020 Pinnacle Award Finalist. Previously, Aaron spent a number of years leading programs in the areas of predictive analytics, data management, and digital transformation. Aaron is relentlessly focused on the best interests of our clients, advancing our ecosystem partner relationships, and helping our technology workforce develop the skills they need to stay at the forefront of technology innovation.
Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University and resides in Detroit, MI with his wife and their three sons.
