Accenture CMO Jill Kramer will talk with industry disruptors Dara Treseder, SVP, head of global marketing and communications at Peloton, and Ukonwa Ojo, CMO of Prime Video & Amazon Studios, on how to break through the barriers holding brands back from creating the experiences people didn’t even know they needed.

Innovation coming from the Brazilian favelas

Saturday, March 12
Eco Moliterno, Chief Creative Officer – Accenture Interactive Latin America

In Brazil, some of the biggest innovations are not coming from hip agencies or high-tech labs, but rather from some of the country’s favelas. From using 3D-printed houses to build homes, to introducing 5G technology to the country first in the poorest communities, Gerando Falcões – the largest social franchising in Brazil – is bringing high-tech tools to turn these favelas into innovations labs. Its founder Edu Lyra’s ambitious project “FavelaX” is challenging the likes of Elon and he's already using rocket science to end poverty in Brazil.

A culture of innovation: One micro-decision at a time

Thursday, March 18
Natasha Chetiyawardana, Partner – Bow & Arrow, part of Accenture Interactive

You can’t keep doing the same stuff and expect a different result, right? Natasha Chetiyawardana figured that out early in her career. Together with her brother, Ryan – the most awarded bartender and owner in the world – they have consistently challenged societal norms in their work both together and in their own fields. Through conscious design choices, radical collaboration practices and focusing on creating culture in everything they do, each aims to inspire new ways of working. Learn how you can ‘create the new’ through small shifts in your attitude, language and thinking.
