Plant with a purpose to help wildlife, people, and the planet. Accenture & Salesforce teamed with the National Wildlife Federation in its new Garden for Wildlife ecommerce platform to plant with a purpose one garden at a time. The platform integrates Shopify with Salesforce to manage all customer communications and orders. Plans to harness Tableau analytics will enable us to leverage Salesforce data and gain further insights around the changing needs of Garden for Wildlife™ growers, and provide helpful information around gardener interests. This unique approach to increase native plant habitat comes at a pivotal time, as wildlife is rapidly disappearing as the climate crisis escalates and millions of acres of urban and suburban native habitat is lost to development annually. In the six months since launching the new and improved platform, 20,000 plants have been introduced by the Garden for Wildlife™ community in close to 4,000 gardens, providing over 200,000 sq ft of garden habitat.
