We are looking for a Career Advisor Senior Analyst for Accenture Turkey office:



Job Description


  • Taking an active role in processes of performance management, talent management, learning and development
  • Initiating, developing and implementing Human Resources processes;
  • Managing day to day employee relations matters, influencing employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity
  • Ensure accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies, data, and programs. Must remain current with all legal and compliance requirements in Turkey.
  • First point of contact for Leave Management, Performance Issues (Preformance Councelling/Performance improvement plan)
  • Individual coaching & guidance to support skill development (staffing assignments, meeting performance goals, skills training needs)
  • Providing guidance and coaching to employees and business area/unit leaders, on people-matters, including policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the delivery of employee engagement activities and people programmes
  • Provide high quality coaching and advisory services to employees and line managers in order to optimise the employee experience
  • Serve as a primary connection between Human Resources and the employee
  • Serve employees throughout the HR life cycle; execution of key processes, including job design, transitions, performance management, recognition, discipline/grievance, mobility, leave management, absenteeism management, exit management, compensation
  • Enable line managers to be effective people managers
  • Work closely with individuals to know their strengths, goals, & preferences and support career development & advancement
  • Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery within Employee Relations, Internal Controls & Compliance, Learning, Transitions and Records & Document Management.

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 yrs experience into HR Generalist role.
  • Deep human resources service delivery experience
  • Ability to relationship build at all levels, skills in conflict and change management
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen and an ability to mediate between business and people priorities essential
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills plus strong coaching and partnering capability combined with the ability to influence
  • Autonomy and self-starter mindset
  • Bachelor’s Degree on business management related discipline
  • Excellent command of English
