Job Description:


  • Accenture Consultants help our clients conceive, design and execute business solutions at the speed and scale that the new digital world demands. You’ll develop the skills to transform our clients businesses across people, processes and technology.
  • As an Analyst, you’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships at the heart of a client’s organisation, helping them to address their most significant business issues.
  • You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. Not only will this enable you to pursue your passion, but you’ll develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable to Financial Services industry, enabling you to grow and play your part in delivering innovative solutions tailored to our clients.


You might spend your day:

 

  • Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings
  • Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions
  • Participate in diagnosing the problem and planning and leading the transformation
  • Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes
  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture with our clients across our digital services, including digital strategy, content management, campaign management, multi-channel analytics, user experience, and e-commerce
  • Being involved in a range of activities from assessing a client's business capabilities to assisting with business transformation activities.
  • Diagnosing business processes or organizational challenges in Digital domains by leveraging Accenture methodologies, best practices, assets and tools
  • Driving a rigorous approach to solving problems in the context of global, economic, technology, digital and social trends

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s Degree will be an advantage)
  • Strong Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills 
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Energetic, Self-motivated, Dedicated, Detail and Results-Oriented
  • Proven ability to thrive in a work environment that is international, multi-cultural, competitive & challenging 
  • Positive attitude & strong interest to solve client challenges, adapt to a changing work environment & deal with new issues
  • Excellent business English (written & spoken)
  •  Good command of MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
