We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will work remotely from İstanbul office for our offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh.
Job Description
  • Support Middle East Marketing & Communications team on strategy execution
  • Support with analysis of marketing investments
  • Organize and schedule appointments across the Middle East, working with the business group and leadership team
  • Issue Purchase Orders and track procurement progress for events
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes and communicate next steps, follow-up action plans
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for the group. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Support Leadership team with management
  • Execute marketing and communications assignments for various Accenture organizational entities in alignment with the marketing and communications strategy
  • Ensure successful marketing operations completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget. Operations can include advertising, internal communications, recruitment marketing, events & sponsorships, web content management, database management
  • Measure results from programs, and provide information on relevant metrics to program owners as appropriate
  • Ensure strict adherence to all communications policies and protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a team administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Skype For Business in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Open to working remotely for different countries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from different cultures, disciplines and personalities
  • Proven ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and vice versa
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, English essential
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong follow-up skills to get things done
