We are looking for Managers as a Management Consultant for Accenture Resources practice:

Job Description:

As Organization Change practitioner within our Resources group you are responsible for designing, directing and implementing challenging organization change programs at high profile clients. You will be involved in projects implementing new technologies, organizational and cultural changes, as well as developing the capabilities of leadership and employees. You will work in projects, together with colleagues from Accenture and the client helping our clients to address their most complex issues and deliver tangible results. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the growth of Accenture Resources and developing yourself and others to bring the relevant ‘new’ to our clients.

As Manager you will expand above descripted role, positioning yourself as trusted advisor and taking accountability for end to end value delivery at your client, while you supervise and develop Consultants. You will be directly involved in transformation projects for clients, including P&L management & financial analysis, project financial tracking, technology and digital transformation and excellence management as a Management Consultant.

UTILITIES: You'll work with our portfolio of electricity, gas and water companies. Join a team providing companies with strategic and workable insights related to the world's energy system transition. You'll help clients drive profitability, optimize costs and increase efficiency across the utility value chain

CHEMICALS: Work with a wide cross-section of industry segments such as petrochemicals, speciality chemicals, polymers and plastics, gases and life sciences—including 8 of the top 10 Chemicals companies. You'll leverage the latest technologies to help our clients determine how to achieve sustainable growth in a cyclical industry.

ENERGY: Navigate the energy transition to build a safe, profitable and sustainable future for oil and gas industry companies. Shape the future of energy and help clients tackle disruption, embrace innovation and transform, grow and adapt in an increasingly digital world.

NATURAL RESOURCES: Tackle overcapacity, increasing price volatility, capital intensive manufacturing and product line growth for leading lumber, pulp, papermaking, converting and packaging companies. You'll work with our iron, steel, aluminium, coal, copper and precious metal clients to develop and execute innovative strategies, improve operations and reduce risks.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Degree, preferably in engineering
  • Proven experience managing large transformation projects including operating model changes and system changes
  • Experience on P&L management & financial analysis, project financial tracking
  • Experience on developing and deploying strategy for Oil and Gas or Utilities clients
  • Experience on operational excellence projects applied in compex plants like chemical, metals, oil and gas plants
  • Experience on Client management
  • Experience on Resource management
  • For Managers; about 8 years of experience within a resource environment, including project management experience and / or consultancy;
  • Fluency in English
