Steve Culp is a trusted C-suite advisor and a noted change management specialist, working with clients to help advance their business performance through innovative strategies, processes and change. He is also the Senior Managing Director of Accenture’s Finance & Risk Practice for Financial Services. Based in Chicago, Steve has 25 years of experience working with clients to define strategy and execute change programs across risk management and the broader finance function. He has led complex and transformational programs for some of the world's leading financial services firms, including Barclays, Credit Suisse, AXA and UBS, where he served as the global management consulting client account lead across a broad range of projects.

Steve developed and launched Accenture Management Consulting's Risk Management practice and continues to lead the practice. He was also responsible for Accenture's Finance and Enterprise Performance consulting services for global banking, insurance and capital markets institutions, as well as Finance and Enterprise Performance across Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Steve joined Accenture in the Chicago office in 1991, moved to London in 1995, and was based in Frankfurt from 2003 to 2005. He again worked in London from 2006 to 2014 before returning to Chicago.

Steve has a bachelor of science degree in Finance and Economics from Northern Illinois University and earned an executive master of business administration degree at Kellogg in 1999.
