I am a management consulting analyst for the Products and Health and Public Sector operating groups. My work requires me to understand a client’s needs and address these through technology. I conduct extensive analysis from a multidimensional perspective, provide unique solutions to problems and ensure that these can be done. My work has enabled me to participate in various sectors under a transforming economy—from the public sector’s steady development to the private sector’s exponential growth rate.
The best thing about consulting work is that there’s no “typical” routine to follow. One day you can be running workshops with clients and the next you are busy in 24 hours of nonstop research work. When you get a new project and the team dynamically changes, you have to adapt. But that’s really the fun part about working here—you never know how your day is going to go.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy eating at restaurants, reading books and meeting people with fresh business ideas. I’m also big on pets and I make sure that my pets are always happy. Of course, I make time for my family as well. Every year, I set aside a portion of my income to give to charities.
To quote Steve Jobs, “Stay hungry, stay foolish.” At Accenture, you need to persevere, maintain a positive attitude and be willing to learn.
