I currently work with a team of specialists who are each veritable experts in their particular niche. They’re always happy to answer my questions or offer their advice on any issue I’m facing in my work, and I owe a huge deal of my professional growth to the knowledge they so kindly share with me.
While we each have variable schedules, every day starts with a morning team discussion. Here, we talk about our plans, deliverables and obstacles. Then, we recommend ways of working out our concerns together. Every week or so, we will have internal sessions in which we share lessons we learned and noteworthy experiences gleaned from our current or previous projects.
The most exciting project I’ve worked on so far is a digital lending project for a banking client. This project aimed to increase customer satisfaction by empowering the client’s loan personalization capabilities through various digital channels. The process involved several other departments like the Marketing team, Campaign team, Analytics team and Integration team collaborating on the project implementation, which was an experience that was as challenging as it was exhilarating.
My favorite thing about working here is being able to work alongside incredibly talented and enthusiastic Accenture people. They are an endless source of support and motivation for me to grow and expand my skill sets. From my experiences with clients and other teams here at Accenture, for example, my communications skills have blossomed in ways I would never have imagined as a technical specialist.
Whenever I have free time, I look up the latest tech news to stay up-to-date and on top of trends, which is always useful in the field.
