What I do
As a member of the Accenture Interactive team, I create delightful and seamless customer experiences to enable companies to constantly win their customers’ hearts in a sustainable way. I focus on digital strategy and marketing, shaping the opportunities that spark customer engagement, retention and satisfaction.
I bring to my work the skills of an analyst and the eye of a creative. Tapping into consumer data, I draw out insights on evolving customer needs and tastes to craft impactful online marketing campaigns. I also help clients reshape their digital and sales capabilities with innovative solutions and leading industry practices.

A day in my life
A productive day always requires a game plan. I start mine by having a cup of coffee and quick chats to catch up with my colleagues. This helps set the tone for the rest of my day, which sees me working and interacting with many people—from co-workers to clients to our client’s customers.
To create delightful experiences, my teammates and I conduct customer interviews and research with the aid of cutting-edge usability labs and tools. We identify customer needs and pain points, then ideate the ideal digital journey in co-creation sessions. With these insights, we help our client set a vision for a next-generation customer experience and a roadmap for making it happen.
Each of my projects takes me through a different journey every time and require me to assume a variety of roles. One project will have me carrying out a marketing capability assessment while another will put me in the role of ideating and running a marketing campaign. The nature of the job is so dynamic that I’m constantly on my toes. Plus, I get to work with people from different cultures and nationalities across Southeast Asia, which adds to the experience!
Working in Accenture has given me an incredible platform not only to deepen my skills and expertise, but also to be making a tangible difference in industries and people’s lives. My work has enabled me, for example, to help a travel retail company engage travelers in a new way and a finance company to pivot their marketing and sales strategy to the New. It has also connected me to awesome colleagues who are passionate about the work that we do and who know how to have fun in the process!
