Responsibilities:
Support and administration of multiple VMWare environments
Additional opportunities available with the other 3rd party and custom-built automation and orchestration tools to enhance operational efficiency through automation
System Administration, scripting mainly Powershell, and some programming
Working with other IT and application teams to implement automation and orchestration of their processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in the sciences; computer science, math, etc
Minimum 7 years of experience with VMWare desired - especially VRealize Automation VRealize Orchestrator is a must
Minimum 7 years of experience with scripting or programming languages and/or system administration
Nice to Have:
1. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, and desire to learn new technologies.
2. Ability to learn independently General scripting, programming/development, and system administration experience preferred
3. PowerShell and Visual Studio desired
