Client selected Accenture to implement an integrated marketing platform to centralize and govern marketing communication across 15 markets in APAC&EMEA. We're helping our FS Client to enhance bank’s marketing capabilities with always-on, multi-step, multi-touch point journeys and hyper-personalized communication.

We are currently looking for a Technical Architect that has deep telco experience, with good functional and technical knowledge in Salesforce and CloudSense platform. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the Client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the solution to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets/exceeds functional requirements. This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution. Specifically, this role guides teams that will successfully deliver the project.  

Role & Responsibilities:

- This role will define the overarching thought leadership and Technical Architectures, that enable and release the maximum business value of Salesforce technology for our clients

- Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain

- Work with clients to shape technical architecture and define and scope projects to address specific needs

- To design an application which is scalable, flexible, easy to maintain, easy to expand

-Technical Governance | 70% focus on internal team - 30% with client architects and integrated systems

-Design the technical framework

-Provide the high-level technical design

-Involve in the CI/CD and Setup the coding practices

-Owns the Developer Handbook (with help from DevOps)

-Owns the integration design (with help from Integration Architect)

-Build Technical Governance: ensure the team follow the design best practices -Guide and provide to the team on blockers / issues and Make technical decisions

-Supporting task assignment | status reporting (working with Scrum Master / Build Lead)

-Test Technical Governance: ensure the team follow the design best practices -Guide and provide to the team on blockers /issues

-Make technical decisions and Supporting task assignment | status reporting (working with Scrum Master / Build Lead)

-String coding skill is required

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM engagements

- At least 3 years’ experience in a consulting environment

- CRM System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical),

- Design Thinking with emphasis on Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints

- Application and Integration patterns

- Relevant certifications, ideally in Salesforce, CloudSense or Architect certified

- Ability to engage with senior clients in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue

- Ability to articulate the relevant platform value proposition

- Customer oriented and great at building client relationships

- Desire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team

- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Desire to work in an information systems environment

- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and management skills
