Responsibilities:

  • Help our clients to adapt to the changing world of business by building innovative solutions through insight.
  • Lead digital transformational projects of Wealth, Investment Banking and Asset Management Services, define cutting edge solutions to solve our client’s most complex issues.
  • Responsible for transforming ideas and innovations into delivery of high value solutions from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.
  • Play a key role developing our business in the Capital Markets industry by becoming a trusted partner to support our clients in their execution, implement initiatives in their business, identifying business development opportunities.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a major in Information Technology, IT Business, Computer Science, Technology, or any related.
  • 7-10 years working experience of which 2-3 years in a Senior Manager consulting capacity within a Capital Markets organization (Banks, Brokerage, Exchange, Asset Management, Investment Banking).
  • Thorough understanding of Brokerage, Trading and Wealth Management industry as a whole, including Front, Middle, Back office and custody processes, trade lifecycle, and data management.
  • Experience/Exposure to Digital Asset and DLT technology for Capital Markets industry.
  • Knowledge of local Capital Markets regulations (SEC, SET).
  • Clear understanding of key methodology i.e. approaches and market trends in the industry.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with comfort conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better varying social styles and audiences.
  • Ability to challenge a client’s thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view.
  • Demonstrated to take ownership & initiative in various aspects of project delivery and sales (strategy and business model assessment, business and solution architecture, process and requirements development, IT implementation).
  • Ability to identify opportunities based on deep understanding of our offerings and our clients’ issues.
  • Experience managing large teams through complex situations, adapting quickly and helping others navigate change and structure activities that play to a team’s strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow.
  • Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
  • Passion and drive to build teams and business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Thai language is an advantage.
