Job Description:
Consulting Analysts work in project teams, which typically consist of 3 to 8 consultants led by a manager. The expectation is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change. Early on, they are responsible for a well-defined part of their team's work. They are typically involved in discussions with, and presentations to senior client leaders. Our MC Analysts are usually assigned to a project on full-time basis. Each project generally lasts for 6-12 months.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Track record of outstanding internship and co-curricular activities
Good command of English (both spoken and written)
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
Flexible and willing to work on different projects
Willingness to learn and an interest in business and technology
