Job Description

We are looking for talented people who have background in frontend (React/React Native), experience working closely with design team, strong skillset in building and organizing user interface (UI)

  • Experience with building design systems/UI libraries.

  • Experience in rapid prototyping and agile development practices.

  • Ability to provide substantiated strategic technology and architecture recommendations.

  • Assisting in driving technology platform research and experimentation, concept exploration, prototyping, and ideation within the creative process for designing user experiences.

  • Help to identify and analyze current and future UX technology patterns and trends, perform in-depth investigation and experimentation with emerging platforms and frameworks, and

  • identify new opportunities and business value for UX innovation and differentiation with technology enablers.

  • Well-rounded W or M shaped candidate, experience across Design, Technology and Business.

  • Can translate requirements between design, business, and technology.

  • Applies Creative problem solving to problems.

  • Ability to accurately estimate project scope and tasks.

  • Communicate in a clear, consistent, and transparent manner.

  • Collaborate closely with the Design organization to express design assets and artifacts in the form of user experience simulations, interactive prototypes, technical proof-of-concepts, and UI/presentation layer.

  • Experience working with (or part of) the design team to assist with best practices and execution of design.

  • Seek out opportunities for self-improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of development skills across diverse technology areas.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a development track such as mobile, front-end, back-end, full-stack, etc.
  • Mixed background of tech and design preferred.
