The Sales Support Consultant will work with the Sales Team to manage opportunities from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. The SSC, together with the Sales Capture Lead, will develop relationships with key buyers and decision- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business; Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.
Work with Sales Capture Lead to craft and shape the value proposition and story for key opportunity proposals and orals presentations to address client problems
Help manage opportunity from sales pursuit (qualifying and bidding) to close (negotiate and contract), supporting deal execution and bid management activities
Develop and maintain client relationships with clients
§ Experience in leading systems integration or implementation projects
§ Experience in multi-year application outsourcing and operations deals
In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following:
3-5 years’ experience in Enterprise Software / Solution / Service Sales Experience
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong Excel skills; able to build spreadsheets and pricing models quickly
Strong Powerpoint skills to create decks for proposals to client senior management
Experience in developing and shaping the content for proposals and presentations
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
General knowledge and experience in the Financial industry
Familiarity with the types of work we do for our clients (e.g. consulting, application outsourcing, business process outsourcing, systems implementation, etc.)
Organized and structured; ability to work on multiple opportunities simultaneously
