Job Description:

Operations Management/Service Delivery

  • Oversee Accenture's Workplace Solutions operations across all business entities in the country

  • Set strategic direction and vision for Workplace Solutions in the country

  • Ensure the delivery of services for Workplace Operations & Services is in line with predefined standards; review strategic service model options as appropriate

  • Identify and analyze trends of concepts/technologies impacting workplace arenas and lead efforts to leverage/share best practices across teams and geographies to develop and roll out improvements and/or new components within or across Workplace Solutions

  • Define performance metrics and monitor performance against the strategy and revise/update strategies as appropriate

  • Design and manage new or changes to, existing operating models, technologies and business applications to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy

  • Set and enforce policies and service standards, ensuring appropriate corporate control and local business relevance

  • Establish and oversee the Workplace Solutions operating and capital budgets, including monthly variance analysis, annual/quarterly forecasting and long-term planning

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Real Estate organization in managing Accenture's real estate portfolio in the country

  • Lead relationship management between Workplace Solutions and other customer/user groups and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment with business priorities

Stakeholder Management

  • Account for high-level external and internal customer satisfaction achieved by working closely with top level leadership executives (including Market Unit Geographic Services and Market Unit leadership) and maintaining an open and proactive communication with all levels of management

  • Manage and ensure delivery of requirements are in line with Accenture’s standards and policies

  • Influence relevant leadership and/or stakeholders to act in line with the strategic direction of Workplace Solutions

Project Management

  • Participate in relocation, renovation and reinstatement projects as key stakeholder and business operator

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Space and Service Support

  • Support deal/bidding teams in providing Workplace operations and real estate costs for tender submissions

  • Develop and deliver workplace services and solutions at the right cost to meet business needs

  • Provide strategic direction for management of real estate and workplace-related solutions and services for Accenture, including:

    • Security and safety programs and operations to support safeguarding of our people and property

    • Facility and office operations

    • Executive support

    • Real estate portfolio management

Human Resource Management

  • Manage and ensure consistent application of human resource processes, including career development, salary review, recruiting and performance management within area of responsibility and in accordance with local legislations and rules

  • Provide leadership, employee development and supervision within areas of responsibility (including succession planning and people development strategy)

Leverage Accenture’s Business and Technology Strategies

  • Identify and analyze trends in concepts and technologies as well as process improvements affecting the workplace arena, implementing each as appropriate

  • Oversee the business operations of real estate and workplace-related services including management and support of financial, operational and quality metrics

Strategic Partnerships

  • Conduct strategic review of business operations for Workplace Operations & Services and define subsequent outsourcing decisions

  • Define strategic outsourcing decisions by managing top management relationships with external service providers, defining and sponsoring strategic direction and ensuring execution (negotiate contracts, review performance against strategy and budget)

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Business or Building Management

  • Min. 8+ years of experience in Office Management with minimum 5 years of experiences in managing team

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Thai

  • Professional certification in business continuity management and/or facilities management.

  • Strong in:

    • Communication, both spoken and written

    • Negotiation skills

    • Stakeholder management skills

    • Project management

    • Budget planning and management

    • Health and Safety
