Engineering & Value Analyst
Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Engineering Practitioner, you will be responsible for defining processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect, and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. You will also define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production, develop procedures, product specifications, and establish quality standards and inspection methods. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Expert proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering Process Modeling is required. Expert proficiency in Manufacturing Optimization is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Manufacturing Operations, Business Analysis, and Business Requirements Analysis is suggested.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development processes.
Implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all engineering processes.
Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
