Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for patient care initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care delivery processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on patient care objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide training and support to staff on best practices in patient care delivery.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Advanced proficiency in Patient Care Delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
