Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Account Leadership team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'Core-Operation'. The client is V&A-RABBIT'S TALE, a company specializing in innovative solutions for businesses. Responsibilities: As a Client Account Lead, you will be responsible for advising clients by bringing together expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions and solve critical business needs for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account. Bring together the right teams to drive profitable sales growth, expand services and offerings delivered, ensure profitable delivery and influence the client's strategy. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Account Management is required. Beginner proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Account Sales Planning is suggested. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase value propositions Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations
