  • Perform project tasks independently and lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
  • Lead meeting to clarify/negotiate scope and budget of the project that meets the needs of the client and contract
  • Lead the team to align with policy and meet up Service Level Agreement and KPI of the contract
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Responsible for proposal development
  • Provide coaching to junior team members to build up their capability of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Having deep technical skill in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proven experience in leading project team
  • Experience in Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP solutions
  • Certified in ITIL, SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors is preferrable
  • Having project management and financial management skill
  • Ability to travel, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
