Job Description

Job Description 

  • Configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules based on business requirements. 
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM systems 
  • Conducting business requirement list, system testing and documentation. 
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to improve overall supporting process. 
  • Staying updated on SAP HCM updates and best practices. 
  • Participating in SAP HCM implementation projects. 
  • Proactively proposed the work process and solution that fit to the business requirement and design. 
  • Coordinate with other SAP modules or HCM sub modules for the completeness of design. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Having experience in implementing or supporting SAP HCM or other HCM application is a plus. 
  • Intermediate business level of English communication. 
  • Positive work attitude and able to collaborate with team. 
  • Detailed oriented person and can do attitude.
